Human rights are relevant for all of us, every day. Human rights include our rights to freedom from fear and from want, freedom to speak up, rights to health and education; and to enjoy the benefits of measures to advance economic and social justice.
On the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, December 10th, the St. Louis Coalition for Human Rights and the Missouri History Museum will host a celebration to discuss and recognize human rights challenges and advances in the St. Louis community. Panelists include Organizer for Metro Congregations United Demarco Davidson, Executive Director for Missouri Faith Voices Dr. Cassandra Gould and Youth Organizer for the Organization for Black Struggle Janis Mensah.
