In 2015, world leaders agreed to 17 Sustainable Development Goals at the United Nations General Assembly. These goals have the power to create a better world by 2030, by ending poverty, fighting inequality and addressing the urgency of climate change. With five years of achievement toward the goals, it is up to all of us; governments, businesses and civil society to work together to shape a better future for everyone.

The United Nations Association of Saint Louis is hosting its first SDG Summit to unite leaders, change makers and youth to build excitement and motivation for the decade of action. Using the signature priorities of the Forward through Ferguson report, we will create multi-stakeholder participation toward the achievement of the SDGs and mobilize the St. Louis community.
